Optional Next Day Delivery (to arrive by 1pm next working day): £8.50 (order must be placed before midday to qualify for guaranteed delivery on the following working day).
Saturday Guaranteed Delivery (to arrive by 1pm): £15.00 (order must be placed by midday on the Friday to qualify for Saturday Guaranteed delivery.

Please note that someone will need to sign for your parcel. In the event that no-one is available to sign for your parcel, a card will be left informing you of your local collection depot. The customer will be responsible for re-delivery costs of any items that are returned to us as 'undeliverable'. Any import duty or taxes incurred at the point of entry to the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchases from Lore, but if for any reason you would like to return or exchange your item, you can do so within 14 days, as long as the following terms are adhered to:
Returned items must not have been worn or damaged and must come with all the original packaging and labels. Please note that earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. This does not apply to ear cuffs, which are returnable. If a refund is requested, we will refund the full price of the piece minus any postage fees that might have been paid for expedited deliveries (unless the item is faulty and we will refund the postage too).
