Uplifting, purifying and cleansing, our Intention Setting Ritual Kit invites you to take a quiet moment with yourself as the new moon appears. Sustainably sourced palo santo offers up its uplifting qualities, while Selenite brings harmony, healing and its ability to shift energy blocks. Our intention setting bundle also includes dried eucalyptus and dried festive flowers. Clear negative energy and bring harmony to body, mind and home with our carefully curated cleansing ritual kit. All orders will be dispatched via Tracked Mail Services. We send all our jewellery in 100% recyclable / compostable cardboard boxes. All Lore packaging is fully recyclable & biodegradable.

UK Orders:

Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders (2-4 working days)

Free Next Day Delivery on all UK orders of £150 and over (1-2 working days) 

Optional Next Day Delivery (to arrive by 1pm next working day):  £8.50  (order must be placed before midday to qualify for guaranteed delivery on the following working day).

Saturday Guaranteed Delivery (to arrive by 1pm): £15.00 (order must be placed  by midday on the Friday to qualify for Saturday Guaranteed delivery.                 

EU & Rest of World Orders:

All orders over £250 will qualify for free shipping - up to 7 days

EU Orders Trackable Service: £8.95 - up to 7 days

Rest Of World Trackable Service: £15.00 - up to 10 days           

Please note that someone will need to sign for your parcel. In the event that no-one is available to sign for your parcel, a card will be left informing you of your local collection depot. The customer will be responsible for re-delivery costs of any items that are returned to us as 'undeliverable'.

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. * These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel*. LORE cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. LORE will not process any refunds on returning parcels that have been sent back initiated by the shipping company because customer refuses to pay potential custom clearance.

RETURNS

We offer free returns & exchanges via Collect+ for all UK orders.

To arrange a return or exchange please visit https://lore.store/a/returns and follow the instructions.

It will be the responsibility of the customer to cover the costs for returns from outside the UK. Upon receipt your order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost. Please email hello@lore.store and we will provide you with our returns postal address.

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchases from Lore, but if for any reason you would like to return or exchange your item, you can do so within 14 days, as long as the following terms are adhered to: 

Returned items must not have been worn or damaged and must come with all the original packaging and labels. Please note that earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.  This does not apply to ear cuffs, which are returnable. If a refund is requested, we will refund the full price of the piece minus any postage fees that might have been paid for expedited deliveries (unless the item is faulty and we will refund the postage too).
